Arranging an assessment
Chin augmentation is assessed in the outpatient clinic of the Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center at Chongqing West District Hospital, 301 Huafu Avenue North Section, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. Call the outpatient line, or use the channel described on the appointments page, and say that you are asking about chin augmentation so that the right clinic time is booked.
What to bring
Bring a list of your medication, including anything you take for blood pressure or clotting, and any record of previous facial treatment. Bring any dental or orthodontic records you have, and say so if an orthodontist has already assessed your bite — that information changes the consultation. Photographs of yourself from a few years ago are genuinely useful for judging how your face has changed.
What the consultation covers
The assessment examines projection, vertical height, the relationship between nose, lips and chin, jawline and facial width, skin quality, and the state of the bite. You will be asked what you want changed and who else has commented on it. You should leave with a clear answer to four things: what the problem is, which route addresses it, what it commits you to in time and risk, and what happens if you do nothing.
Fees, records and privacy
This site does not quote prices, because the cost of a chin procedure depends on the route chosen and is discussed directly at consultation. Your medical record, photographs and imaging are handled under the hospital’s privacy policy; the privacy page on this site explains what the website itself does and does not collect.
